Meet Monty - Your Future Feathered Friend!

Monty is a charming sulphur-crested cockatoo with a big personality and an even bigger crest. ;) These guys have been known to live well past 70 years old, and while we're not sure of his exact age, he seems to be on the younger side of his adulthood with plenty of years - and love - ahead of him. ❤︎‬

Monty absolutely adores head scratches and will happily lean in for attention from people he trusts. He's gentle, expressive, and loves being part of the household energy.

That said, Monty is still learning how to feel safe with hands. He's not comfortable stepping up yet and may move away if he feels pressured. He'll need a patient, experienced adopter who can go at his pace, respect his boundaries, and help him build confidence through positive interaction and trust-based training.
