Jasmine is a beautiful chocolate tortoiseshell girl who came into our care feeling fearful and uncertain. Like many sensitive cats, shelter life has been overwhelming for her, but with plenty of time, patience, and reassurance, we've gradually earned her trust. Now, Jasmine is starting to reveal her sweet, affectionate side, and we're seeing glimpses of her delightful personality. She's a chatty girl once she feels comfortable and absolutely adores her wet food!
Jasmine would do best in a calm, quiet home with experienced adopters who understand the needs of a fearful cat. She will need a launch room for an extended period and thrives with access to hiding spots, especially her favorite igloo bed, where she can retreat if she feels overwhelmed. Respectful older children who can give her space would be a good match, and with slow, careful introductions, Jasmine may even enjoy the company of another cat. A low-traffic, serene environment is where she'll truly shine.
