Meet Cookie, a handsome male cat with a sweet yet shy personality. He needs a patient and understanding adopter who can give him time to settle into his new home. Cookie should start in a small launch room where he can gradually adjust before exploring larger spaces, as he can feel overwhelmed in open areas.
Cookie may be timid at first, but with time and care, he will reveal his true, affectionate nature. Teens who can read basic cat body language and give him space when needed would be ideal companions. Cookie has lived alone for some time and has shown low tolerance for other cats at the shelter, so he may prefer to be the only cat in the household. If you're looking for a loving companion who needs a little extra patience, Cookie could be your perfect match!

- While our shelters are open, not every pet available for adoption will be onsite and available in person. To express your interest, Apply to Adopt online and if it's a perfect match you will be shortlisted and contacted via phone by our Adoption Team to discuss the animal in detail.
