The new Animal Care Centre in Toowoomba wouldn't have been possible without a grant from the Building Better Regions Fund along with the generous contributions from our donors. With better resources and a focus on animal welfare, RSPCA Toowoomba is able to house up to 200 animals on site in spacious kennels and condos.
Support from the Toowoomba community is vital and we would like to THANK YOU. We couldn't continue this work without you! All funds raised stay with the RSPCA to help all creatures great and small. So just by purchasing items from our Op Shop or boarding your animals with us while you holiday, you will also be helping an animal in need!

There is also our RSPCA Op Shop situated at Ruthven Street, which has a fantastic array of vintage wares and hidden treasures. The Op Shop doubles as an RSPCA Cat Adoption Centre, so be sure to visit them as well!

Boarding Facilities
Our Toowoomba Animal Care Centre offers state-of-the-art boarding facilities, which operate 7 days per week from 10am - 4pm. Dogs will enjoy raised bedding, underfloor heating in winter, and large pens where they cannot see or interact with other dogs. During the mornings and afternoons they will enjoy grassed exercise time. Cats can enjoy temperature-controlled floor to ceiling enclosures with plenty of shelving and an outdoor balcony where they can lounge, but not see or interact with any other cats, Classical music will play throughout the day.

Per-night boarding fees, effective 1 July 2024, are as follows:
- Dogs - Weekdays: $34
- Dogs - Weekends and Public Holidays surcharge: $6
- Cats - Weekdays Standard Condo: $30
- Cats - Weekdays Deluxe Condo: $35
- Cats - Weekends and Public Holiday surcharge: $5
- Owner provided medication surcharge: $3
