The Veterinary Fee Schedule relates to RSPCA veterinary fees at their Wacol and Dakabin facilities to treat and care for animals in their care as a result of enforcing the Animal Care and Protection Act 2001. The RSPCA has a duty of care for the animals it has seized, and the Act provides that reasonable and necessary costs incurred in enforcing the Act can be recovered.
