Meet Shanae, a sweet 1-year-old female black cat with a gentle soul. Shanae arrived at the shelter by ambulance, frightened and unsure of her new surroundings. Initially very timid, she has been slowly coming out of her shell with the help of patient staff and a quiet environment. Though still a little shy, she's beginning to show her affectionate side, enjoying soft pets and cozy corners. Shanae would thrive in a calm, loving home where she can continue to build her confidence at her own pace. With time and gentle care, she promises to be a loyal and loving companion. If you're looking for a quiet, kind-hearted cat to grow with, Shanae may be the perfect match for you.

- While our shelters are open, not every pet available for adoption will be onsite and available in person. To express your interest, Apply to Adopt online and if it's a perfect match you will be shortlisted and contacted via phone by our Adoption Team to discuss the animal in detail.
