Hi, I’m Zevon

Good Morrow there folks. I'm Zevon, a most beautiful and gentle Alexandrine Parrot with the most delightful green plumage. I have been mishandled in the past but despite these challenges I'm adjusting really well with interactions with the volunteers here. Did you know that Alexandrine parakeets are one of the most commonly sought parrots in the world! Due to our affectionate nature, we can grow a very strong bond with our humans. I eat a large variety of foods and can adapt to my surroundings very easily. Just ask for Zevon the Alexandrine, when you calling into the RSPCA at Wacol. Oh, and before I forget, don't forget to bring in a photo of my intended enclosure. Just ask for Zevon when you come in.
