Waylon is an adorable, high-energy pup who's always ready to play! He lives for his toys and can entertain himself for hours with the right enrichment. If you're looking for a fun, loyal sidekick to take on adventures, Waylon is your guy.
He's best suited to a home where he'll be included as part of the family and welcomed indoors for cuddle time and connection. Waylon can feel a bit anxious when first left alone, so having his people home for the first few days will help him settle in. Once comfortable, he'll benefit from puzzle toys and variety in enrichment to keep his clever mind busy.
Waylon already knows "sit" and is very food motivated, so he'll thrive with continued positive training to build confidence and learn new skills.
Dog Social: Must meet any resident dogs. He's playful and social, but his eagerness can turn into frustration if introductions drag-quick, well-managed meets work best.
Waylon's energy, smarts, and affectionate nature make him a fantastic fit for an active home that's ready to engage with him and help him shine

- A property check may be required before ADOPTION to ensure the safety and welfare of adoption animals. Rental agreements allowing pets will be required for adoptions into rental properties. Differential pricing may apply.

- While our shelters are open, not every pet available for adoption will be onsite and available in person. To express your interest, Apply to Adopt online and if it's a perfect match you will be shortlisted and contacted via phone by our Adoption Team to discuss the animal in detail.
