Hi, I’m Birch

Hi there, my name is Birch and I'm an Eastern Bearded Dragon.

You would usually see my species down the Eastern Coast of Queensland, New South Wales, Victoria and into South Australia. You may have seen wild animals just like me lounging in your backyard!

I can be a bit wiggly when you first pick me up, but I loooove your warm hands and will hang out on your chest. I also love to stand on my hide and pretend to be a tree under my heat lamp!

I'm an omnivorous lizard, I require a wide range of vegetables and insects to help me stay healthy. I enjoy my raised platform and rock to bask on, as you can see in my photos! I also require a UV light, heat lamp and a hide if I need a getaway.
