Meet Grasshopper, an Alexandrine parakeet with a curious mind and a whole lot of presence. True to his name, he's always keen to see what's going on around him and brings a splash of green brilliance wherever he perches. Grasshopper is clever, confident, and enjoys having plenty to do - think toys to shred, puzzles to solve, and space to stretch those impressive wings.

Like many Alexandrines, he'll thrive with patient, bird-savvy humans who understand big parakeet energy and can offer structure, enrichment, and respect for his boundaries. In return, you'll get a striking, intelligent companion with loads of character and charm.

🦜 Recommended Min. Indoor Enclosure Size: 91cm length x 71cm width x 106cm height (bar spacing 2-3cm). (Measurements not including stand.)
🦜 Current diet: Vetafarm MD Pellets + fresh veggie chop daily, very small amount of high-quality budgie seed mix every other day in foraging opportunities. Safflower and sunflower seeds reserved for training sessions.
🦜 Average lifespan of species: 20-40 years.
