Hi, I’m Malibu
Meet Malibu - A Sweetheart with a Gentle Soul
Malibu is a loving and affectionate kitty whose heart is just as warm as her name. She thrives on companionship and enjoys being part of the family, whether that means curling up beside you on the couch or quietly keeping you company throughout the day.
While Malibu has previously lived with dogs and got along well in her first home, she was recently adopted and returned after struggling to settle with the resident dogs. She can also become a little heightened around other cats in the shelter, we recommend Malibu be adopted into a single animal household where she can feel safe, secure, and truly at ease.
Malibu's ideal home is calm and quiet, with older children who understand cat body language and can respect her need for space when she asks for it. She's a confident girl who loves affection on her terms and will reward your patience with deep companionship and gentle love.
If you're looking for a devoted, cuddly companion who will thrive in a peaceful environment and be your one-and-only, Malibu might just be the perfect match!

- A property check may be required before ADOPTION to ensure the safety and welfare of adoption animals. Rental agreements allowing pets will be required for adoptions into rental properties. Differential pricing may apply.
- The website is live and updates frequently, there is a chance that by the time you have completed the Apply to Adopt form the animal you have an interest in might have been adopted by another party.
- While our shelters are open, not every pet available for adoption will be onsite and available in person. To express your interest, Apply to Adopt online and if it's a perfect match you will be shortlisted and contacted via phone by our Adoption Team to discuss the animal in detail.
