Hi, I’m Joe
Meet Joe, a handsome and gentle greyhound looking for a calm, loving home where he can enjoy his golden years in peace. Joe would thrive in a quieter household, ideally with an older retired couple who can offer him the time and attention he deserves. He loves to be inside with his family and would be thrilled to be included in all family activities.
Joe is a bit of a resource guarder, so he would do best in a home without children. If there are any grandkids visiting, his new owners must be aware of this behavior and handle interactions with care. However, Joe has a playful side and absolutely loves squeaky toys!
Previous experience with greyhounds or similar breeds would be helpful, though not required. Joe is not fond of meeting other dogs, so he must be the only dog in his new home. He enjoys his alone time and prefers a household without other pets.
Joe needs daily exercise and would benefit from a large yard where he can run around and burn off energy. A secure, well-fenced yard is essential for his safety.
