Hi, I’m Betty

Please meet our Betty:-

Betty comes dressed ready to go - she's in her little black and white tux and all her four paws have white mittens on them. How can you resist her stunning gold eyes? They're watching and waiting for her new person to come into her life. Cute! Once Betty bonds with you and you become her special person, she'll stick to you like glue. Betty does have special people at the Shelter who love and care for her, however there's nothing like a good home.

Betty is a very loving and affectionate cat, who likes to give you head bops and rub against your legs. We want so much for Betty to find her loving new home. There she would receive the attention she deserves. Other things, that would help Betty live a long life in your home, are:-

* A nutritious diet of high-quality dry biscuits, delicious wet food and bowls of fresh, cool water.
* A SAFE, INDOOR LIFESTYLE is an absolute must for Betty as outside is too dangerous for her.
* Inside the home, FUN AND PLAY can be provided by at least 2 large cat scratchers placed conveniently near a window and also one where people gather. Wand toys, toys and cardboard boxes are also fun.
* To help her settle into your home, a LAUNCH ROOM would be extremely beneficial. This is an area that has all her essential items e.g. water, food, bedding, toys and litter tray e.g. a bedroom, box or a crate. If Betty is feeling overwhelmed she can have a rest in this area. Providing this area makes a great difference between Betty's stress or success in your home.
* Betty would flourish wonderfully if she is the ONLY FUR-BABY in the household. Sorry no other cats and no dogs.
* She would do best in a home with gentle OLDER CHILDREN (12 years plus) who understand cat behaviour.
