Hi, I’m Betty
Meet Betty, a black cat with a stunning coat and gorgeous contrasting eyes.
Betty is a bit of a timid girl, who is easily overstimulated and quite a sensitive little lady. She needs a home with a patient and understanding adopter to help her adjust to a new environment and allow her to have her own space when needed.
Betty thrives in a calm space where she can feel safe, and can become overstimulated with over patting and/or boredom, so gentle interactions are key. Betty would benefit from no children and no other furry friends in the home.
Betty loves rubbing against surfaces and would LOVE to have a body scratching stand and a large scratching post with various textures. She is also very food motivated, and would love to be treated with licky mats filled with her favorite fishy paste or roast chicken to help her feel calm and self-soothed.
Betty although timid, is a very active cat once she has settled into a home, and needs lots of enrichment and play sessions to starve off her boredom. Although not essential, she would certainly love if she had a secure outdoor enclosure to play in, and lots of heights and hidey holes in the home to explore at her leisure!
