Meet Tootsie, a sweet and social girl with a personality as big as her heart! With her confident, easy-going nature, she's the perfect blend of enthusiasm and cuddles. Tootsie is a true "smooch monster" who loves sharing her love with everyone she meets.
Tootsie is currently receiving treatment for heartworm at RSPCA's expense, so her new family will need to be willing to have her in foster care until her treatment is completed and her adoption can be finalized.

- While our shelters are open, not every pet available for adoption will be onsite and available in person. To express your interest, Apply to Adopt online and if it's a perfect match you will be shortlisted and contacted via phone by our Adoption Team to discuss the animal in detail.
