Hi, I’m George

Please meet our new boy, George.

Sometimes we see the worst in people, however fortunately there are times when we see the very best. George and his brother, Henry, were saved by some amazing humans from a busy roundabout on a major highway. It's unknown how the kittens were left there, however they were very lucky to be alive.

George is a beautiful and playful little fellow with short, ginger-striped fur. He's not as timid as his brother and his little purr motor is quick to fire up when he has a cuddle. He has a carefree catitude and is always ready for the next adventure.

LOVING HOUSEHOLD - With good care, it's possible that George could live a very good life for 15 years. We are seeking loving human companions for him, who will treat him like a member of their family. With gentle guidance, most kittens are very adaptable and we see George living with cat-savvy, respectable children, other cats and perhaps dogs if George is helped co-habit with them.

LIFESTYLE - An indoor lifestyle is a must for George, as venturing outside shortens a cat's life by many years. Most cats have an instinct to kill wildlife and it's necessary for the cat guardians to be responsible with their choices. A couple of cat scratchers (near windows and also where people gather) are necessary to keep George's nails healthy and prevent furniture scratching. Nice comfy cat-beds with good views will also be appreciated by George. Toys - well, George will just love toys!

AN EXCELLENT DIET - This is one of high-quality dry biscuits, wet food and bowls of fresh, cool water. All these items are important to keep his body and coat healthy. Regular visits to the vet are essential.

A LAUNCH AREA - George is an easy going little boy who needs to feel safe, and a launch area will make it a seamless transition into his new home. This is a quiet area (bedroom or crate), where he has access to all his essentials (bed, food, water, bedding, toilet tray and toys). He can chill out in this space if or when the need arises. Please have a cuddle with George.

His adoption price includes:
  • A FREE 2kg bag of ROYAL CANIN dry food
  • A FREE 2kg bag of CATMATE litter
  • His desexing, microchip and vaccinations

Adoption Price: $325
