Hi, I’m Meeko
Meet Meeko, a super sweet Border Collie mix who is ready to find a loving home where she can thrive! Meeko is a gentle little girl who has really blossomed in the past few days, coming out of her shell and showing her true, affectionate nature. She absolutely loves attention and cuddles, and will be thrilled to be included in your family activities, especially if she can be inside with her people.
Meeko is just starting to discover the joy of toys, particularly a tennis ball, and with a little more confidence, she'll likely develop a love for playtime. She's also learning to walk on the lead for the first time and is doing wonderfully with the help of treats and positive encouragement. Meeko will need some continued confidence building, but with your support, she will quickly become a loyal and playful companion.
Meeko would be happy in a home with either a male or female doggy friend, preferably an older, calm dog who can show her the ropes and help her build confidence. She'll also need secure fencing to keep her safe while she explores the world around her.
