Meet Henry, a lively and lovable Dashy x Kelpie who's looking for a fun, active family to call his own! This energetic young guy is always ready for an adventure and will thrive in a home where he can be included in all the family activities. Whether it's hiking, running, or simply playing in the yard, Henry will be right there, tail wagging and ready to go!

Henry absolutely loves attention and would be happiest with someone who's home often and has some experience with the Dachshund breed. He's a playful little guy who needs plenty of squeaky toys to keep him entertained, and daily enrichment is a must to keep his clever mind busy.

While Henry is a smart and treat-focused pup, he's still learning the ropes, so he'll need a little help with basic manners and walking on a lead. He can be quite the excitable one, often doing little 360s around you when it's time for a walk-but with some patience and consistency, he'll get the hang of it!

Henry is social and loves other dogs, so we'd recommend a home with another doggy friend to keep him company. He's playful and eager to make new friends, both furry and human! As with all active dogs, he'll need secure fencing with no gaps to keep him safe and sound while he runs off his energy.
