Hi, I’m Comet

Hello my name is Comet.

I came into the Shelter with my mother, 4 brothers (Dasher, Prancer, Cupid and Nixon) and 1 sister (Holly). We are a beautiful family and it's now time to go our separate ways as we look for our 'FOREVER' homes. A 'FOREVER' home, for a kitten who has been well cared for, means approx. 15 years. Please consider this huge time commitment when applying to adopt.

When you come to the Shelter to meet me, you'll be quite confused as all the boys look very similar. However..... you'll be able to pick me out, as I'm the one with two black spots on nose. I'm also super handsome and I love purring when you hold me. I come with some recommendations from the lovely people at the Shelter:-

A NUTRITIOUS DIET:- A diet of high-quality dry biscuits, a couple of daily servings of wet food and available bowls of fresh, cool water. The last 2 items are extremely important for a cat's hydration. Please remember to take me to the vet for regular vet check-ups on my teeth and health.

AN INSIDE LIFESTYLE ONLY:- Why? The RSPCA strongly recommends that cats live inside for their safety and the safety of the outside wildlife. For further help or ideas, please refer to this website:- https://safeandhappycats.com.au. Entertainment and fun inside your home can be provided by installing a couple of large cat scratchers near a window and a family room. Why? To protect your furniture, to keep my muscles and nails healthy, and I love to go up high. Wand toys and cardboard boxes are also great entertainment for you and me to have fun and bond.

FRIENDS:- I'm seeking loving human companions, who will treat me like a member of the family. With gentle guidance, most kittens are very adaptable and I think I can live with cat-savvy, respectable children, another cat or perhaps a dog, if I'm given assistance and helped co-habit with them.

A "LAUNCH ROOM":- This is a temporary area (bedroom or crate) that I can feel secure in if I become overwhelmed in the home. This will help greatly with my transition to your new home. Providing this is certainly worth the effort.

My adoption price includes:
  • A FREE 2kg bag of ROYAL CANIN dry food
  • My desexing, microchip and vaccinations

Adoption Price: $325
