Odie might be an older guy, but he sure doesn't act like it! This spirited senior is as playful and cheeky as they come, never letting his vision loss slow him down. In fact, Odie's super sensitive hearing helps him navigate the world like a pro-especially when he hears the crinkle of a treat bag! He's always ready to show off his best "sit" for a tasty reward.
While Odie may not be able to see as well as he once could, he makes up for it with a heart full of love and a big, bright personality. He loves being indoors, especially if it means curling up on the couch with you while you relax, read, or watch TV. Odie's favorite thing? Being part of the family and enjoying all the cozy moments together.
Odie gets along well with calm, respectful older children, and he's social with other small breed dogs he's met at the shelter. He's a bit cheeky and playful with his doggy friends, often following them around like a little shadow. Odie would love to have a doggie buddy in his new home to keep him company and help him navigate the world-someone to be his "eyes" and share in all the fun!
