Meet Dora - a sweet, timid Snowshoe lady ready to find her forever home! Dora may take some time to adjust to a new environment, but once she's comfortable, she'll reveal her true, affectionate self.
Despite her initial shyness, Dora is very gentle and smoochy once she trusts you. She loves gentle pats and can't resist yummy snacks like roast chicken, which will help her feel even more at home.
Dora is a fan of quiet spaces and enjoys finding a cozy window sill or two to laze around on, watching the world go by. She's a resilient little gal who came into care through no fault of her own, but in true spirit of her name, she's ready to explore her new home and become your loyal companion.
Dora will need a patient and understanding adopter who can give her the time and space she needs to settle in. She would also do best in a home with teens or older children who can read and understand basic cat body language and know when to give Dora space.
If you're looking for a calm and loving cat to share your home with, Dora will bring the companionship and cuddles you're seeking. With patience and time, she'll become the sweet and affectionate cat you've been waiting for!

- A property check may be required before ADOPTION to ensure the safety and welfare of adoption animals. Rental agreements allowing pets will be required for adoptions into rental properties. Differential pricing may apply.

- While our shelters are open, not every pet available for adoption will be onsite and available in person. To express your interest, Apply to Adopt online and if it's a perfect match you will be shortlisted and contacted via phone by our Adoption Team to discuss the animal in detail.
