Many people may not be aware that RSPCA Queensland has over 2,900 volunteers and 400 paid staff.
As you can see, without the continued support of our valued volunteers, RSPCA Queensland would not be able to continue our day to day operation and help save over 45,000 animals each year. Whether you are a volunteer ambulance driver, call centre operation or animal care attendant – each and every one of our passionate volunteers plays a pivotal role in supporting RSPCA Queensland.
Volunteering might just change your life, we know it’s changed ours, and certainly changes the lives of animals in our care.
In 2021/22 our volunteers contributed to over 341,690 hours across Queensland. That’s a lot of walkies.
