From heartfelt supporter events to engaging bequestor communications, this role plays a vital part in connecting animal lovers with our mission. If you’re organised, warm, and love meaningful conversations, this is your opportunity to make a real impact in a role that blends relationship-building with purpose.

What you’ll do:

  • Organise supporter morning teas and donor events
  • Coordinate correspondence and welcome packs for our Home Ever After program
  • Build relationships with current bequestors and RSPCA members
  • Assist with retrieving animals under the Home Ever After program
  • Manage membership renewals and AGM logistics
  • Maintain supporter records in Salesforce (CRM)
  • Support program improvements and collaborate across teams
  • Supervise admin volunteers as needed

Who you are:

  • Experienced in a similar supporter care, admin, or philanthropy role
  • Skilled in CRM systems (Salesforce highly regarded)
  • A natural communicator with strong writing and interpersonal skills
  • Highly organised, discreet, and reliable
  • Genuinely passionate about animal welfare
  • Comfortable with light manual handling (up to 10kg)
  • A team player with a can-do attitude and heart for community
