From heartfelt supporter events to engaging bequestor communications, this role plays a vital part in connecting animal lovers with our mission. If you’re organised, warm, and love meaningful conversations, this is your opportunity to make a real impact in a role that blends relationship-building with purpose.
What you’ll do:
- Organise supporter morning teas and donor events
- Coordinate correspondence and welcome packs for our Home Ever After program
- Build relationships with current bequestors and RSPCA members
- Assist with retrieving animals under the Home Ever After program
- Manage membership renewals and AGM logistics
- Maintain supporter records in Salesforce (CRM)
- Support program improvements and collaborate across teams
- Supervise admin volunteers as needed
Who you are:
- Experienced in a similar supporter care, admin, or philanthropy role
- Skilled in CRM systems (Salesforce highly regarded)
- A natural communicator with strong writing and interpersonal skills
- Highly organised, discreet, and reliable
- Genuinely passionate about animal welfare
- Comfortable with light manual handling (up to 10kg)
- A team player with a can-do attitude and heart for community
