Beautiful Squeak, a Jack Russell Terrier was down on her luck when she first arrived at the RSPCA. Sadly, her owner could no longer care for her. She was all alone and very itchy from fleas covering her body.
It took many kind faces at the RSPCA to coax little Squeak out of her shell while she adjusted to a new life and had her itchy skin lovingly tended to.
But she soon got her bubble back.
You can help bring smiles back to the faces of animals in need by hosting your own RSPCA Cupcake Day this September!
Squeak settled into home life with foster carer Julia while she waited to be adopted.
“She is an absolute gem. When she first arrived at our home as a foster, she was quite unsure of herself, but desperate to make connections. My partner picked her up and brought her home, and from that moment she and him have a special relationship. All she wants to do is cuddle and prefers being UNDER the covers while sleeping. She has random bursts of energy where she likes to “play”- wrestling with us and tries to give us non-stop kisses! She loves to go on walks and sniff anything and everything! She is loving, energetic, cuddly, and great with kids and strangers.”
This adorable little girl is all smiles now after making a full veterinary recovery, spending quality time with volunteer Julia our foster carer, and we’re pleased to say Squeak has now found her forever family too!
You help us make these happy outcomes possible. This September, join fellow animal lovers to raise some dough for RSPCA Cupcake Day!
