RSPCA Queensland and Ulleo are proud to invite eligible clients to register for our free* online course, Responsible Dog Ownership.
The RSPCA Queensland is working with communities to educate and enable pet owners to provide the most responsible care possible.
If you already have a dog or have had one before, you’ll know the benefits of ownership. Loyal and loving by nature, there is a reason why dogs are called ‘man’s best friend’! Not only do they lift our spirits and boost our mental health, but also the unconditional love they provide is truly something special. We all want our dogs to be happy and healthy but sometimes we need a little support to learn how we can provide the best for our furry family members.
The course is designed to provide essential information to improve your knowledge of the care and responsibilities required as a dog owner. All dog owners have a duty of care towards their dog to ensure its welfare and the welfare of the community in which your dog lives. Owning a dog means accepting responsibility to provide all the care required for its life, by participating in this course you are making a valuable commitment to do the best you can as an educated and responsible owner.
Course structure:
- Socially Responsible Pet Ownership

Everyone learns differently, which is why you will be supported by a course mentor who will guide you through your learning journey as much or as little as you need.
